ProjectSet
educational website, for students & educators
ProjectSet challenged me to redesign a large-scale educational platform entirely within the limits of Tailwind UI. My goal was to stretch a system built for simplicity into one that could support complex user flows, dynamic content, and a modern learning experience.
Working with Constraints
With the team at ProjectSet, we developed an unusual way of working, which suprisingly worked well for both of us. The team provided low-fidelity designs which I improved, refined and expanded into polished experiences. Their raw vision plus my execution resulted in a platform that was functional and elegant.

Reworking the Marketing Pages
One of my first tasks was redesigning the marketing landing pages. The goal was to create a modern look that clearly communicated value to students, educators, and institutions. The new portal needed to be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and above all — effective at converting interest into action.
To achieve this, I streamlined layouts, clarified messaging, and introduced a more cohesive visual hierarchy. The result was a set of pages that not only looked modern but also guided users smoothly from first impression to sign-up.

Building Profiles & Dashboards
The next step was designing profiles tailored to different user types. For educators, I created dashboards that made managing and tracking activity straightforward.
For students, I designed profile pages where they could showcase their work, highlight skills, and build a professional presence within the platform. These profiles became central to the experience, giving every user a space to represent themselves and engage meaningfully with the community.

Gamification & Progress Tracking
To make learning more engaging, I designed a system of badges, skill maps, streaks, and goals. These elements rewarded consistency and highlighted progress, turning the platform into a motivating environment where users could track their growth and celebrate achievements along the way.

End-to-End Design
This project extended far beyond marketing pages, profiles, and gamification. It was a full end-to-end enterprise platform, with additional flows and screens for more than five distinct user types — including judges rating results, mentors managing dashboards, blog publishing, event calendars, and more. The scale of the work ensured that every touchpoint, across all roles, was thoughtfully designed and consistent.
